Couldn't survive without them!
Josh and his team are simply amazing. They give you the best of both worlds--the consistency of having the same walker from day to day, and a team of back-up walkers in case of emergency. We've had 3 "main" walkers over the past three years and they have all been fantastic. They even know my dog's personality enough that there have been instances where they could tell he was "off" and I got a call immediately. Turns out once we caught a potentially serious problem before it got too serious! They are also very flexible with schedule changes (they even have a form you can fill out online), and pick-ups and drop-offs to daycare when we go out of town. Josh always finds a way to make it work! With the hours I work I would never be able to have my dog without the piece of mind they provide. Thanks guys.
More reliable than our nanny!
I've been using Downtown Pets for 2 years now - every day walking for our small dog plus we've used them for house sitting when on holidays. They are terrific! Very responsible and always ready for any kind of emergency (they helped us out when I went into labor in the afternoon and didnt know what to do with our dog for the next day...Josh organized a sleep over and voila! one less thing to worry about!). It's wonderful to know that in this big city with crazy schedules there is one thing you can always rely on - your dog walker :)
A great service!
Donwtown Pets is a great dog walking service. We have been using them for almost a year and we have found them to be reliable, professional, and truly love our pet! If there is ever a problem with our puppy, they let us know right away. They also have a great back-up service in case our normal walker is unavailable.

I highly recommend downtown pets. Besides being true dog lovers they are extremely organized and reliable. They have accomodated every request and schedule change over the past year and have never missed a walk. Above all my dog is excited every time they come....

We have been using Josh and his team to walk our dog Haggis on and off since he started the business. It is a professionally run company and you always get the same walker every day. Anytime there is a change in this arrangement, an email is always sent beforehand. Josh himself is very knowledgeable about dogs behavior and health in general and always up for a chat about the dog. I would (and have done many times) recommend downtown pets to anyone!
Reliable and Professional
Downtown Pets is such a reliable and excellent dog walking company. (I almost don't want to write this because then more people would find out about them, and I'd have to share them. lol). They are 100% reliable, responsible, very professional and flexible. Anytime I need a schedule change, they are on top of it. Their dog walkers are pleasant and I trust them to take care of my baby! I also love the fact that they provide one-on-one/individual dog walking because my dog doesn't like walking with other dogs. I can't even move now because I need to stay within the Downtown Pets' service area.
Friendly and Reliable...
We're been using Downtown Pets for two years now and have had nothing but terrific walkers. I like that they leave us a note every day letting us know how our dog is doing (and what he did!). I also really like that all of their walks are one-on-one, not pack walks, so I know our dog is getting a lot of attention. The walkers we've had have been great - the one we have now is the best - and the owner and his assistant are always on-top of everything. They also do their best to accommodate last minute schedule changes include the occasional late nite walk we need. I've been home a few times when our walker has come in the afternoon and our dog is always so happy to see him!

We have been using downtown pets for about a year and a half now - and they are great. I feel relieved to know that my little dog has a reliable and professional walker visit him every day. I get updates on a daily basis about my dog and I feel totally comfortable with the service I do have. The owner is great too and totally understands that my dog is a member of my family. This is a great service and I highly recommend it!
Honest and Reliable...
If they make a mistake they let you know and make up for it and I have personally enjoyed all of my walkers. They also have very strong backup coverage.
