When you start to remove meat from your diet many people start to recognize how it’s not the taste of meat people love but rather the texture and flavors.   1. I agree. I was worried that I would miss meat-but I have been meatless for over a year now and haven’t thought about eating it once! I think it helps to make this transition with someone else, so that food stays social and fun. It’s the best choice I have ever made for myself!
