We’ve been making lots of changes on the walkers side of the business and let me tell you about a few of them:
*All walkers are now required to either use an earpiece when walking your dogs or to wait until the walk is over to talk on their phones. I hate the look of a dog walker, walking the streets with a phone to their head and no attention being paid to the dog.
* All walkers are now using 100% biodegradable waste bags!
* We now have an online section of the website for the walkers to access information and to continue to learn on the job.
* The walkers are filling out a census on all dogs in the company and this will help us better assist you.
* All walkers will have internet and email capable phones in the coming weeks and this will only increase their access to information on your dogs.
